This hotel was not clean. Our bed did not have a comforter or any other covering other than a sheet and blanket our first night. The bed was misserable and every time one person moved the whole bed moved. The couch was broken down in the middle and you could only sit on the very ends without falling into never- never land. The breakfast was minimal and most of it was gone by the time we got there at 8:30 a.m. The desk people were indifferent. Will never go back!!

It's a bad idea to stay here...It is a terrible value, no value at all. apparently, they have not cleared the bed bug problem as we were bitten while staying there. Also we unknowingly brought them home and have been fighting them ever since. It has cost tons of money for the exterminator. I notified their insurance and have yet to hear anything. Also, watched thugs killing seagulls in the parking lot below our room, until I yelled at them to stop (lured them with food and then ran them over). Horrible, terrible experience.

Again, do not stay here. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Requested a room with a view. We got one alright, it was a view of another hotel next door. We requested a different room because you would get locked outside on the balcony. They gave us a room with a partial view of the beach. In this room, the carpets were extremely dirty, no towels in the bathrooms, water pressure was horrible, breakfast was well, gross. I could go on and on but just trust us, its not worth the money. Comfort Inn & Suites has lost our business for good.
