Older Motor court, updated w/ mini fridge and microwave. Simple accommodations, Staff Friendly (Local Family Owned). Bed comfy, room peaceful. Spacious grounds. Family friendly. Close to Main Street. Nice to relax on porch in front of room, covered parking.

If your going Fredericksburg I would highly recommend staying at the Peach Tree Inn. A group of us stayed there in June 2011 while on a motorcycle trip from California to New Orleans. Not only was the price right but each of our rooms were clean and comfortable. The management was great and gave us the "scoop" on where to eat in town-the local brew pub. We went to Fredericksburg to visit the Pacific Wartime Museum and are glad we did-the place was amazing! I'm not sure how this place could get any negative ratings??

I can appareciate an older and quaint hotel, but this was just plain old. Extension Cords instead of modern surge protectors, Internet DID NOT work and neither did the phone in the room. If you had a complaint, you had to walk to the Office.

It has actually been a couple of years since we stayed at the Peach Tree. (We didn't know this site was here!). We want to go on record as saying we absolutely adore the Peach Tree. The staff is unobtrusive, the location and facilities charming. We have stayed inseveral of the rooms and each has it's own charm! Sitting outside at night was nice...I can't remeber ever eating breakfast there...Hope to stay there again soon..... We DO remember the shower in the big room on the left as you drive in!! Big enough for a party!! (and there was the cutest gecko by the front door....) :)
