I recently stayed at the Fort Worth Omni for a weekend. The check-in was painless and quick, the room appeared clean and neat. Later I would discover a situation with the room’s cleanliness that was completely unacceptable and went down stairs so I could speak with the hotel manager. Matthew empathized and agreed with my opinion and helped get the situation taken care of immediately. I was impressed with his professionalisms and promptness to take care of the situation. Over all the hotel has many great restaurants, bars, lounges and views but I never felt like I was getting a good deal. I think for the nightly rates you could expect more amenities or services (free breakfast etc) so that you could feel that you were not just staying at a great hotel and location but receiving a value stay. Bottom line is that I felt nickeled and dimed the whole stay, my check out bill had 12 separate line item charges.

We chose this hotel to have a short family vacation. The hotel is very clean & the staff was exceptional. We used room service quite a lot & the food was good. Gym is large & well maintained. We walked to church Sunday around the corner at St. Patrick's Cathedral which is beautiful.
We would definitely stay here again if we want to come to Ft. Worth & do the cultural district, stockyards, etc.

I stay here quite frequently for work, and its my go to option for downtown Fort Worth hotels. Its a newer hotel, so the rooms are in great shape with current, "Texas" themed decor, the beds are fantastic, and the hotel is next to the convention center, so it has several good bars and restaurants, and a Starbucks for getting a quick coffee in the morning.
My coworkers and I often arrive late and get upgraded to suites or corner rooms, which I appreciate, even if I'm only there for a night and am not really going to have time to "experience" all of the other hotel amenities.
The only reason I hesitate to give them a 5 star rating is the room lighting, particularly the bathrooms. It's just horrible! There is not enough light for a woman to put on makeup, so I often find myself walking between the bathroom and the bedroom in the morning to get enough light to get ready. I've pointed this out to the staff on many occasions over the past two years (as have my coworkers who stay here often), and I haven't noticed any change.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We singed up for the rewards program and received free morning drinks, everyday, free wifi, customized room preferences etc. Now, i have been a long time hilton honors member, but I will stay at an Omni at every opportunity. The hotel was immaculate. Exceptionally clean, the pool was exceptionally well maintained. The work out facilities were extraordinary.

Our room was very large, with a refrigerator and flat panel television. The view of the the Fort Worth area, was as good as it gets. Every day we were greated by friendly staff at every location of the hotel.

What can I say, stay at this hotel if you are in the Fort Worth area, you will not be disapointed.
