Excellent location within walking distance to most of the area, ,but so are most of the other hotels at Sundance Square. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very good complimentary breakfast, including cook to order omelttes.
My room had plenty of space, but the decor, furniture, and layout badly needs updating. The vent in the bathroom is one of those that runs 24/7, so the air in my room was bone dry. Fair price for a no frills hotel.

These guys genuinely go above and beyond friendly service! Rooms were as nice as any 5 star and super clean.

I've stayed at this property many times during 2011-2012. Beautiful new-style facility with great service, friendly and attentive staff, and excellent downtown location.

Staff was great,from the young lady who took our reservation to the Valet, especially Osmi to the room service. The continental breakfast was a life saver in the mornings. The food was great and the Cook (Erving) was the absolute best. We stayed 4 days and he remembered our omelet order to the T. He even stayed open late on our last morning just to cook our breakfast. Please make sure he knows about this review!! I will recommend this to all my friends who will be staying at the Embassy Suites Hotel Downtown. Only down side was the water had a funny smell. Not sure if that is a Ft. Worth thing or the hotel... Needs to be checked. one other thing which could have been fixed if we had the time to wait was the refridgerator was ratteling all night long. Thankfully it was in the sitting room and we just closed the door. Room 1102 had stinky water and rattely refridgerator. Loved the decor, the Starbucks, the eggs to order breakfast (free) and the valet.
