My family and friends stayed here for a week, and had the best customer service I have
ever had. The ladies at the front desk, was always helpful and had a smile on their face the whole time. The shuttle was the greatest. I've always rented a car and stayed at other hotels, but will never do that again..We will be staying at The Holiday Inn Express/Fort Worth Downtown from now on!!!

The property was old and uninviting. One the bright side, some renovations were under way. On the down side, not while I'm staying there.
There's another Holiday Express just a couple of miles away. (Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Fort Worth (I-20).) It's so much fresher and newer. Stay there.
This Hotel Rips you off on damages even though you didn't do it , you never can prove it wasn't you so they keep charging you by the time they quit charging me for a mattress i didn't ruin it was over 500 dollars. NEVER WILL I STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!

The Holiday Inn Express on Cherry Lane was extremely convenient! We could just hop on I-30 and be in the stockyards, downtown or shopping areas within minutes! The hotel looks to be an older one but everything was clean, comfortable and upgraded. The wireless internet was fast and easy to connect to. The breakfast was always fresh and hot. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Fort Worth.

Staff is exceptional, manager is on site daily.
Rooms and grounds very clean and well maintained. All amenities you could ask for. Breakfast bar is outstanding. Laundry facilities very clean. Nice lobby/lounge to meet business associates. WIFI in room.
Location is easy access on/off I30 - near post office, malls, shopping, restaurants.
Great stay - hats off to the professional manager and staff.
