The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept as are the rooms. It is located in a great up and coming location with a lot of shopping very close by. The rooms do have a microwave and stove along with a refrigerator, but with all of the wonderful restraunts in the area, who wants to cook! This is a great place for anyone to stay, but the bonus is that they do allow pets in some rooms.
We stayed at the Studio Plus after the rooms we booked at another hotel through hotwire were rented to someone else (!). Nothing special except for the size of the rooms, which were very large, with a full kitchen. This would be a very good choice for large families or business travelers who need to use their rooms for work or meetings.

Found bottle of used syringes under the chair, Brown stains of something on the bedding. Was there for a month until they discarded all my personal belongings while at laundry mat. Was informed by the desk that there was nothing that they could do. Horrible service you get what you pay for...
