My sister and I on our first trip to Texas, had the worst experience at this hotel. We checked in and the first room that was given to us, had such a strong smell of mold and mildew that we immediately had to leave. The second room that was given to us, the bathroom tub was so filthy, the tub had a obvious ring and someone's dirt in it, trash in the trash can and large stains on the bed spread. The third room did not have a light in it. Finally we settled on the fourth room. The manager told us that in the first room there was a leak in the room above it. I immeadiately canceled the other night that we had reserved. We went out to eat and came back to find police at the hotel because of a customer complaining of being bit by bed bugs and not being refunded their money for the inconvience. Upon seeing that, we went to our room and before going to bed, for our piece of mind striped the beds and inspected the mattress for bed bugs. This was the worst experience ever!

It was a great Service, the staff was very very helpful.
The stay was great its a quite hotel, the beds were amazing, we had a great sleep.
The location is excellent is right on the service road of Interstate 35E going south.
They have lot of amenities, hair dryer in room, coffe maker, nice breakfast area (It was really nice, it was clean and very good supervise by the staff).
Well the best thing it was the price of the hotel, its worth it what you pay for the room!!
I will be there when I am around the area. I really Recommend this hotel to anyone.

Only stay here if sleeping in your vechicle is not an option. The accomodations are not worth the $69.00 they charge. Hotel was under renovation and our room appeared to be completed. Sheetrock mud slung all over window, drapes were too large for curtain rod and excess drape hung down the wall, globs of paint on ceiling lights, drywall all over carpets in the hallways and stairwells and paint buckets laying around. Even without the renovations, the room wouldn't be exceptable. Cheap thin linens and towels, no table lamps, no pictures and you can see outside through the A/C. We've never stayed out a Red Roof Inn and NEVER WILL AGAIN.

It was so bad we didn't stay even though they wouldn't refund our money. The place smells horrible, the rooms are dirty and the service is bad. We were at the facility a total of 20 minutes before requesting a refund which was not givent to us despite the dirty conditions. They were also remodeling and banging on the walls.
