My husband I had no choice but to spin the night at Radisson DFW because American Airlines messed up on our flight. We arrived at Radisson at 10:30PM both the driver van driver and the night clerk said the kitchen stays open till 11:00PM, by the time we got there the kitchen was closed the lights out and when aske to reopen it because there were over 25 people that were strainded there for the night, both the kitchen staff and the night manager refused.We were told that we could order some food from the bar so we went there and the bar tender would not come to were we were at the bar, otheres asked for menus he gave it to some of them when I asked for a menu he turned his back and went on the other side of the bar.My husband had to go to the night clerk and tell him to send some help, few minutes later 2 girs came to help and the boy left.The girls were not much better they stayed on the other side of the bar and did not ask any one if they needed anything except if a person already had drinks in front of them. An lady finily said that all of us on this side of the bar still needs a menu and that we have been waiting for nearly 20 minutes to get waited on. We got our menus and ordered mean while an other group of five came in and because it was 5 minutes to 11:00 the girls and the night clerlk refused to take there order...REMEMBER:
