Worst experience of my life. The bedding was exteremely poor (awoke every 20 minutes to remove the mattress pad from my ribcage), the location was dangerous and very unappealing day or night, and the manager was the worst example of a customer service representative I have ever had the displeasure of running into.

Don't believe a word of their advertising....it is all false and you will be devasted when you arrive.

Loved the hotel. Our group of about 500 was there from May 17-24. I could not have asked for a better hotel staff. Our group keeps late hours, so they did their best to satisfy our strange hours. Hotel was clean, service was excellent and friendly.

Would recomend this hotel to any group. We have already arranged to be there next year. This hotel should be commended for their staff.

this is a very poorly run hotel unfortunately we found this out the night of our event we booked the Hotel ballroom for an event we were expecting about 300 people to attend and they did. the air kept going out in the ballroom and some of the rooms with the temp. outside at about 101degress many guests got rooms there, many complained that the Night Manager was rude and he was. there was a bad smell just outside the doors coming from a drain. the food was cold. the stage was too small for the band. the elevators were working only some of the time.
people got stuck on the elevators. security persons were non existant.
and the 2 constables were drinking. people were just coming in off the street and even statrted a fight with one of our guests. many guests left early due to the heat. I will never again stay at this place motel 6 would be a step up from this place!! they fell way short on the delivery of services!!!

My husband I had no choice but to spin the night at Radisson DFW because American Airlines messed up on our flight. We arrived at Radisson at 10:30PM both the driver van driver and the night clerk said the kitchen stays open till 11:00PM, by the time we got there the kitchen was closed the lights out and when aske to reopen it because there were over 25 people that were strainded there for the night, both the kitchen staff and the night manager refused.We were told that we could order some food from the bar so we went there and the bar tender would not come to were we were at the bar, otheres asked for menus he gave it to some of them when I asked for a menu he turned his back and went on the other side of the bar.My husband had to go to the night clerk and tell him to send some help, few minutes later 2 girs came to help and the boy left.The girls were not much better they stayed on the other side of the bar and did not ask any one if they needed anything except if a person already had drinks in front of them. An lady finily said that all of us on this side of the bar still needs a menu and that we have been waiting for nearly 20 minutes to get waited on. We got our menus and ordered mean while an other group of five came in and because it was 5 minutes to 11:00 the girls and the night clerlk refused to take there order...REMEMBER:
