Been staying at this location over 20 yrs. Had to stay elsewhere when the original property burnt down and hated that...but this location has always been so accomodating, staff excellent. Excellent breakfast, service...I'm disabled and see doctors near this hotel. This hotel always helps me get to appointments, and sees that my stay is as easy and comfortable as possible. Staff goes out of their way to see everything we need is perfect. Manager is also especially nice...desk clerks, maintenance, van driver all outstanding! Never had any problems there whatsoever and couldn't imagine ever staying any place else! They all really seem to care about their guests. Staying there again in April. Always look forward to my stay there, even though the trip itself is very long and difficult.

We always travel with our pets who are therapy/service dogs. They are very well behaved, well mannered and quite. We always take the bedspreads off the beds and replace them with our own bedding for our dogs to sleep on with us. I highly recommend this hotel!

La Quinta...spanish for.."you get what you pay for". Prior to booking a room for our apartment hunting trip, I called and spoke with them about the free internet. They said I wouldn't need to purchase an ethernet cable as they would be available and provided at no charge. I really needed access to my computer the day we arrived, but they told me they ran out of cables because people kept stealing them. The staff told me they would find one for us "no problem". Later that evening I spoke with them again and told them how important it was to me. They told me they couldn't do anything about it, and that it "wasn't their problem". I gave up and decided to go to bed and speak with the manager in the morning.
Somehow through the night I managed to contract pink eye. Now I'm not saying I'm 100% sure that it came from my bed linens. However, I went to bed without any problems and I woke up with a swollen, bright red, itchy case of pink-eye.

This is my 5th time to stay at this property and I cannot say enough good things about it: Friendly Staff, Great breakfast, excellent location, comfy beds, and clean, contemporary decor!

We just spent a weekend in Dallas and stayed at this hotel. I was very pleased. The location is great (right on HW 75, a few miles south of I-635) and accessible to just about everything: downtown, malls, resturants, Love Field, and a 20 minute or so drive to DFW. Rooms were very clean and spacious. I would request the king rooms/suites as they have a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The double rooms have 2 full size beds (which seem tiny when you're used to a queen). Pets are allowed with no deposit or extra fee, which was great for us since my yorkie is pretty much my child. They serve a continental breakfast which had plenty to choose from, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, etc. Pool was open til midnight. When I return to Dallas on a weekend trip I will definitely consider staying here.
