Nightmare experience.
We tried to check in early, knowing that we would be returning late in the evening, but could not.
We returned to the hotel at 11:30 p.m. to find a lobby full of people waiting on their rooms. The hotel was fully booked, and the rooms were not cleaned yet.
The person behind the desk was rude and condescending, like it was our fault that the maid hadn't cleaned our room yet.
It was 1:00 in the morning before we finally got to go to our room.
In the room, the shower fixture was broken (I managed to fix it so I could take a shower), there were damaged and missing tiles in the shower as well.
To top it all off, there was a nest of crickets living in the curtains. What fun to listen to all night. These crickets were huge!
The only thing we got out of this was a hard time and a form appology letter from the manager. I would never stay at this hotel again and would not reccomment it to anyone!
