The staff is very knowledgeable and expeirenced. Its proximity to downtown and Love field and the shuttle service is exceptional. It is a little outdated but that is more than made up for by the clean and sanitary condition of the whole property. It is a place that you can feel secure. You are getting good return on money spent at this hotel.

Stayed at this Crowne Plaza and it was beyond my expectations. Although the place looks like a little bit old, the rooms are very well maintained, they look like new, clean and spacious. LCD TV, digital a/c, wifi, etc. Also, the staff was always very helpful an kind to me.

Every property has trade offs and this is no exception. The facilities are older but fairly well maintained. Rooms run to the small side but are adequate with a comfortable bed. Determine your need for heat or A/C early as the system is old and rusted and the engineer - very responsive - can give you one or the other but not both. My room had breakfast included which was a full breakfast and very good. They do have a local shuttle, which the only draw back was the front desk clerk failed to pass on our pick up call and we waited for over an hour to finally get a lift back. That only happened once - they were especially attentive to pick up times after that experieince.

Non smoking room reeks of smoke and it's really bad when the ancient air conditioning unit is running. Very old tv, sandpaper sheets on an uncomfortable bed and shady location. The staff are so wonderful, it is a shame the hotel isn't as nice as they are. I will not stay here again. Worst night of non-sleep in a very long time.
