To be fair, the service was adequate, the location was good, and the Denny's across the road was good, but there were a lot of problems i had with this Hotel.
Check in went pretty smoothly, although when I went to check my room I found the beds hadn't been made yet, and there was damage on a wall. It looked like something used to be screwed in then was ripped out. It was late so I didn't make them give me a new room, I just asked that the beds be made. That was done and I was in my room. It was cold, so I tried to use the heater. The heater did not work very well. It had the front plastic piece ripped off and strewn across the floor, and it wasn't cold. I ended up sealing the windows better with extra sheets to try and get as much heat as possible. I also had a lot of sheets on my bed. I slept fine after that. But in the morning, when I went to take a shower, I stubbed my toe on the floor due to missing tiles. The shower was warm though.
My second night went smoothly because I new how everything went.
I decided to go to Denny's for breakfast both days and that was a good choice
Overall this hotel will do it's job but it could be remodeled.
