Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Ritz in Dallas. This is a beautiful hotel with impeccable Ritz service. Some nice extra touches include a 6:00 complimentary guacamole and chips served in the lobby along with mini margaritas. The in-hotel Restaurant Fearing's shouldn't be missed. One of the best meals ever. I would highly recommend the Dallas Ritz. Oh yeah- they have a complimentary Bentley that will take you within three miles of the hotel- a nice touch!

The hotel itself is magnificent.. Beautiful lobby, rooms and probably the best service I have ever experienced!! My husband and I love going to the spa whenever we travel and I am pretty sure we will come back to Dallas just to visit the spa again!! I had a massage and facial with Tarrah, as well as, a mani/pedi with Bryant.. Both were amazing!! My husband came in the next day and requested Tarrah for his massage and loved it! The locker room attendant was great too!! She fulfilled my every need!

We just spent a long weekend in Dallas at the Ritz. It sure lived up to the Ritz reputation, and as an aside, not all Ritzs do. From the doorman thru the front desk to all of the other employees, they make you feel welcome and at home. The restaurant, Fearing's was fantastic. If you can afford the club level you will be treated to marvelous food and treats all day and a great variety of spirits as well. A special shout out to Larry in the club – service excellence at it’s very best

Being in the travel industry, I have experienced it all. Going to Ritz Carlton, you have a certain expectation of things. And this hotel, supersedes all of them.

After a full day of work and then an evening flight, you just want to get to your hotel room. My only problem, after checking in, my girlfriend and I were brought to a gorgeous 1 bedroom suite which stunk of smoke. Unfortunately, I was told that all the suites with balconies are taken by smokers.

After waiting for a quick 10 minutes, a very nice woman came upstairs and moved us to another one bedroom suite. This one was much larger, due to the lack of no balcony. My only wish for the room, windows that open.

The room was very large and open with a large bathroom and very comfy bed. The room also had a guest closet and guest bathroom. The one drawback for the two closets, only 10 hangars all together. Otherwise, the room amenities were wonderful. The shower was nice and large, wonderful bath, and I LOVED the bed.

I had club access with my room, but never used it. We ate breakfast daily in Fearings, which was perfect.The food was always cooked perfectly, and the one day that I used the buffet, let's just say, I was impressed. We never had dinner at Fearings though. One would think, being a hotel guest you'd be given preference, but that's a big NO.

The hotel's location was perfect. It was in the nicest part of Dallas, and walking distance to EVERYTHING. But for those times that you don't want to walk, the hotel has a flying spur which took us everywhere within 3 miles of the property.

The concierges Adon and Robert, were both worthy of being noted. Those two guys went out of their ways to make sure we were happy and treated us not just like hotel guests, but as friends.

Another thing to be noted, Adon recommended a great shop (within 3 miles and you do need a car) called Pink's western wear. Their prices are cheap, their service is above par, and you're part of the family when you're there.

I must say, I highly recommend this hotel. It's perfect for anyone just visiting the city or coming on business.
