Reading the other reviews, I was concerned. Upon arrival, I was pleasently surprised. Now you can tell that this is an older property, but you can tell that they have renovated and updated the rooms. I was on the 11th floor which is the Hilton Honors member floor. The bed is relatively new, nice and comfortable with no sags. Flat screen large televisions with microwave and mini frig. The only slight downside is the small bathroom. This is of course typical of older properties, but well maintained. And the value for the cost of the room compared to neighboring hotels is large. The rate is extremely lower, and I say worth it.

Stayed there in May Of 2OO7 while we were On Vacation from Massachusetts. We had the Jr King Suite, the Bed was VERY Comfortable! Bathroom was Clean & Always well Stocked w/Towels & Such. Nice Views to Downtown Dallas. Pool is Kind Of Small although Not Crowded. Parking is Average. Room Service is Expensive though But Im Assuming thats All Hotels.. I would Def Stay there Again!!!

Came here for business and did not want to leave. Arrived on a cool, rainy night very tired from delays in flight and much turbulence. Was greeted with a hot cookie and friendly staff. Found a very clean and comfy room awaiting me. The next day I had a wonderful salmon sandwich which was unbelievably delicious!! The restaurant at this hotel is perfect, and the staff are very polite. I was able to use the shuttle several times to get where I needed to go. Would highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to stay there again.

I have stayed at this property many times and plan on coming back. It is not the Anatole next door, but is consistently a good business traveler property for $139.00. Location is good to downtown and market district. Nothing within walking distance to property, including restaurants. Overall, staff has been very good and always very helpful. Property is older, but everything has been remodeled and very nice.
