Good location. Clean property with helpful staff. Forget the breakfast.

My mom and I stayed at this Hyatt for the TX-OU game weekend in Dallas. The hotel was a little difficult to find although you can spot it from the highway, just have to make sure you catch the Caruth Haven light. The hotel is very clean and looks new. The staff at the front desk is extremely kind and helpful. They called us a cab for Saturday night which made getting around much easier which the large crowds in the city for the game. The parking is in a very nice and safe covered garage attached to the building for only $8/day, much better than the $25/day valet at any downtown hotel. You can also park across the street for free. The room was comfortable with a living area and kitchen. The closet was large and plenty of room. We enjoyed being able to access all areas of the city including Uptown and North Park Mall within 7 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again for ease of stay and comfortable beds and great service!

Great location, especially if visiting SMU. We go several times a year and really appreciate their SMU rate. In fact, we are visiting in a couple of weeks for our first stay of the semester.

This hotel is very clean. I stayed in the room design of the picture shown. It is very clean. Halls were clean, and everything smelled good. I hate when you go in a hotel, and it smells musty the moment you walk in. Well, you won't have this issue at this hotel. Nice kitchen with all appliances. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast buffet stayed well stocked. Had biscuits, sausage gravy, eggs, cereals, oatmeal, breads, sausage, salsa, cheese, many flavor juices, fresh fruit/diced. Nice secure parking garage attached to building. If you stay M-Th, they have special free food/drinks on nightly buffet. Previous reviewer commented about caulking around their toilet needing work...no issue with mine.
