Not the largest nor the best Embassy Suites but very nice. The breakfast had no buffet which made the wait for hot food a minor annoyance. The evening Happy Hour was very nice and attended by many of the guests. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. A little pricey but the location probably demands it. Helpful, friendly staff.

This was an enjoyable place to stay. We arrived to the Hotel late Friday night (After 12am) and were greeted with a warm welcomes by both the front desk person and a late night housekeeper. Both people made us feel immediately welcomed and at home.

Love Embassy for their suites, it is always nice to have the extra space.

We enjoyed the free breakfast each morning and our server Connie did a great job of making us feel like we were at home. She seemed genuinely interested in us and our weekend plans, she even made some great suggestions of places to see and eat at.

One interesting thing about this hotel they I have not seen at any other Embassy is they have Swans living in the fountain pools. Very cool. It appeared that the large wedding party that was there enjoyed them as well; the kids were very attracted to them. I ask Connie about the Swans, she said it was the hotels signature thing that would make guest remember who they were. I defiantly will.

Location was great; we went to Fort Worth on Saturday (Bass Music Hall and the Stock Yards) and on Sunday to Arlington to see the Cowboys!!! Having easy access to the freeways made getting around easy. (Hwy 75, 635, and the Tollway). We didn’t make it to the Galleria but it was right next door.

I will return to this hotel!!!!

Very clean and good staff. Excellant breakfast. Close to Galleria and other locations. Had a security guard at night. Needs a smokers outpost out side the front entrance to let smokers deposit thier cig butts instead of having to throw them on the ground. Nice pool and hot tub.

We stayed here recently for both Business and Pleasure. We checked in on Wednesday ( 09/28) and checked out on Friday (09/30), We then checked back in on Friday (09/30) and out Sunday morning (10/02) keeping our business and personal stays separate. I heard the desk clerk tell the Housekeeper (Amanda) we were a "stay over" and to clean our room appropriately. The room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon after I called Housekeeping. Housekeeping said they had no record that I was a "stay over". Also despite leaving out the empty tissue box on the bathroom counter for two days, I had to go to the front desk to re-plenish our tissue supply. Despite the number of "suits" walking around (which is bothersome in itself since one always felt watched) these houskeeping problems are rather basic and could be handled with more effective oversight.

The breakfast and other amenities were fine, but overshadowed by bad basic housekeeping.
