For a business traveler they really screwed things up, should be so basic. The parking is impossible and they require everyone to valet, though the signage is awful so it is hard to figure out. The wifi is AWFUL and does not work in the rooms, so here I sit at midnight in the lobby trying to send basic emails. Finally, to add insult to injury they bumped a few of my colleagues to another Hilton hotel at the last-minute. All in all, the hotel was just not good, I wouldn't stay here again.

I just feel like any hotel without Wi-Fi in the rooms is "behind the times". Charging 9.95 per day PER COMPUTER "USER" is ridiculous. Keep in mind, a family of 4 might have multiple laptops, iPads, iPhones, etc. You can't plug an ethernet cord into an iPad. If you are going to charge, it should be 9.95 per room unlimited, but honestly, internet should be free at this point. You should not have to stay on the Exec Level to have Wi-Fi. This is antiquated. I'd rather you raise the price of the room by 9.95 and have free internet. Other than that, the place is great. Very friendly, helpful valet staff and front desk staff.

My wife and I stayed at this Hilton last weekend. Everyone that we encountered that worked there went out of their way to make us feel at home. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent. I know there are a lot of places to stay in Dallas but we will go out of our way to stay at the Hilton Dallas/Park Cities Hotel when we go back to Big D.

Be sure to ask for a room other than the ones that directly face a multi-story parking garage- unless you enjoy staring out at a cement wall. There is a tiny rooftop pool, which is nice, and a gym that includes free weights and medicine balls.
