My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Bed was average. Our telephone and hair dryer did not work which we informed the clerk (but this was not a big deal for us, as we had cell phones and our own dryer). The room could use some updating, but I did not downgrade it for that as I realize that for the price they charged it was within expectations. The breakfast was decent with many choices of foods and price considered was good. We did inform the attendant that the milk at breakfast had gone bad and she promptly replaced it. We are also in the hospitality business and I realize that these are very challanging times for our businesses and I dont think most guests have a clue about what it takes to run a business like this. My only advice for the management would be to work a little more on the cleaning part of the rooms, other then that for the price they charge I would recommend this property.

The guy at the front desk was really nice I think his name was David. Anyways I thought the breakfast had a nice big selection and was very alert that some of thier food may contain food allergies. Very very impressed! We were planning on staying at a comfort suites but we had an awful expierience in San Antonio a couple of days before. So glad that we stayed here!

The room was nice, but the bed was hard as a rock and there was no tv in the bedroom part of the suite. The breakfast was cold and not a good variety. The room is greatly over priced.

Dear Valued Guest,
I will first apologize for the inconvenience that you had during your stay. I will state that I am glad you had enjoyed our rooms but I must comment on certain points. First, our TV is not in the sleeping portion of the suite since most of our guests stated they would like to watch TV while in our Jacuzzi. Next, never had we had a single complaint about our beds being too hard. I wish that you had brought this to the attention of the front desk as they could have helped you the best way they could; maybe switching you to another Jacuzzi Suite Room. I noticed that you stated that you did not enjoy our complimentary full American Breakfast and it lacked variety. We will continue to take this feedback and learn from it and maybe change it; however, we feel as though Pancakes, sausage, ham, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, toast, jam, bagels, fruits, a variety of cereals, orange juice, (1%, 2% and skim) milk, juices, along with other breakfast items gives our guests a variety of different breakfast choices.
We will take what you have given us and learn from it, if you would not mind contacting me I would love to speak you in person about this. Thank you for your feedback.

This motel came as part of a package trip. The room was comfortable but the buffet was low quality with minimal choice of food and the food was served to you like they wanted to insure you did not ruin the bottom line. There is a lounge in the motel but it was not open after the first two days. Beds were comfortable at least...

Let me first state that our bar and lounge is currently open. In the past few weeks we have been searching for a new staff to fill the positions required for the bar and restaurant in our hotel. I will apologize that it was not in service during the time of your stay. As for our hot breakfast; we appreciate your feedback and I will personally speak to the owners about the breakfast you have received. I hope we did not lose your patronage and hope one day you will try us out again.
