The hotel is under renovation in the public areas, and that is fine, but don't let other things slack off during that time. I had no soap or shampoo in my room when I arrived. I did have Corona beer caps left for me. I did get shampoo and soap the second night of my stay and the housekeepers did leave the bottle caps. Strange, but the wind was blowing quite hard and the three flags right outside my window sounded like fireworks. Even when I turned on my white noise app, it still kept me up. Room service was good, but trays stayed out in the hall for too long. Not the worst stay, but definitely not the best stay. AND who in this day and age still charges for internet access??? Oh, Marriott. Really now.

I was recently here for a training. The Marriott Quorum had the best "seminar" food that I've ever had--breakfast and lunch were excellent. The hotel also has one of the best exercise facilities of any hotel I've been in thus far (I'm 45); it wasn't just an afterthought of a room with a treadmill thrown in for good measure.
As far as sleep, the first night was a bit loud--I stayed on the side facing the North Dallas Tollway. The location is otherwise very convenient--walking distance from Beltline and many restaurants in Addison.

Our family spent one night at the Marriott Quorum - overall the stay was ok. There is construction and the lobby is completely out of commission - leaving guests to search for a place to check in. In the morning - we navigated around construction personnel. Despite the upheaval - we enjoyed our stay and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was delicious.

The lobby of this hotel is currently under construction and will be for another 6-8 weeks according to staff. So the amenities that I am normally used to having at a Marriott were not really available. The restaurant was small and service was slow. There really wasn’t a hotel bar. Normally I wouldn’t think this was important, but there’s really nothing in the area. They do have a shuttle to the area shopping mall. But going to a mall is not my idea of fun. If you need to stay at this hotel for a business meeting, I would recommend renting a car, since you will need one to get to anything interesting. Otherwise it is a $35 cab ride each way to get to the Dallas downtown area, which has a good restaurant and nightlife scene. I should say the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
