This was the best hotel stay in a long time for us. They had an above-par breakfast, with bacon, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and clean service. They even opened up early for us. The shuttle was way above average, on our return we had airport issues and Chris went above and beyond for us. He even loaded our luggage directly into our car. I used Sleep-Park 'N Fly, and this was the best ever for us. Rooms beautiful, clean, quiet, and front desk was far above excellent in customer service.

We stayed at this property for the whole month of February 2011 with a pet, we stayed on the 1st floor. Well we liked it so much we came back 11/4/11 and we now have to stay on the 4th floor. I don't blame the owners for this I blame the people with pets who don't seem to care what there dogs do or where they do it. Also the door closest to our room dosen't work right when you take your pet out you can't come back in you have to walk all the way around to another door get back in, so if you are tired and your pet needs to do the doo plan on a walk!
I will add that this is an excellent place to stay clean well furnished rooms and a resturant and lounge in house. Just beware with a pet you will have a little work involved with your stay..............and yes I would still recommend this Hotel to all my friends with or with out dogs!

A group of about 20 of us were stranded by American Airlines and the Super 8 hotel recently at the DFW airport. Once you were contacted, our experience was lifted immediately. You got to us as quickly as possible, you called in your kitchen staff (after midnight), who cooked us a hot meal and you put us up in very nice rooms. We hardly had time to enjoy the room but that 3 hour nap and a shower was desperately needed. Then you fed us breakfast and took us back to the airport as scheduled. Your desk clerk was extremely helpful as were your drivers and kitchen staff. I'm pretty sure that Super 8 lost the airline's business and that you will get additional reservations because of this particular issue. I hope so--your hotel deserves it.

Front desk staff is very friendly and gave us instructions to the Target store
There’s a upper class breakfast, eggs, sausages, muffins, juice, toast, raisin brans etc.
The room was OK, no fuss, basic cable

There is a nice pool with lawn chairs so that’s good
Near a few fast-food restaurants and gas stations in the area

Not too far from the airport but we didnt flew in or out of Dallas
Good parking for our rented a car
