The hotel is acceptable. Remember, this is La Quinta, not the Ritz. It feels safe, which is important to me. Room needs updating, tile is cracked, closet door doesn’t open quite right, but the room is clean. Internet went down tonight, which is a big problem for me. Front desk has been fantastic. You are centrally located, very close to Galleria and about 100 awesome restaurants – but this is not a fine hotel, it’s a hotel that needs renovating, has a few glitches, but if you can deal with that is a good value.

We stay here as we know what the hotel is like having been here 5 times. Rooms are clean and the staff friendly. The hotel is very pet friendly which is important to us, also it is convenient for our visits. The hotel is close to a number of restaurants and the Galleria Shoping area.

I don't want to be overly critical, but it just did not meet my expectations.

We checked in Late, and the paperwork was ready. Easiest check in ever. The room was huge, and it was the basic room! It was also well appointed with a super comfy bed. We especially appreciated the extra late check out time. This hotel is a great Find.
