We have now stayed at this hotel twice. Our nephew is in Dallas right now at Children's Medical Center, and we have needed a place to stay. The first time we booked, we picked the Wyndham because they had a great holiday special rate, and it was the cheapest around. We were amazed at the size of the room, and completely satisfied with the accessibility features of the handicapped room. Everything was clean and the service was good. The adjoining restaurant had good food. A few weeks later we came back to Dallas and had booked another hotel because it was a good price. That hotel had not honored our handicapped room reservation, and we were left scrambling to find another place to stay. My husband immediately call the Wyndham. They did have the handicapped room my husband needed available, and gave us a decent quote over the phone as to the price. When we checked in, we were given an even better rate! This hotel turned a stressful situation into a comfortable, affordable stay in, as our kids say, "A fancy hotel!"

Quick access to LUV field, starbucks in the lobby and sports bar has great service.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, with the exception of the gift shop lady talking on her phone the entire time I was in there browsing. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Front desk personel and shuttle drivers were exceptional even at 4:30 am when we were leaving for a flight.

Overnighted here awaiting morning flight at Love Field...a very comfy bed in a cavernously LARGE room, with a correspondingly grossly over-sized shower. I'm sure NBA players probably love it, but the rooms took a long time to warm up and feel comfy...an important factor on a night with pouring & freezing rain.

Nicely attired restaurant offered a very tasty apple, walnut & cheese salad which I schlepped back to the (now warm) room. Staff very friendly and attentive.
