I stayed here on business. The neighborhood is not so great. (strip clubs and "cabarets" are plentiful) They are very understaffed and the phone rings for a VERY long time before it gets answered. The rooms have a chemical smelling air freshener in them. The staff tells you NOT to walk in the area.

Do Yourself a favor....drive two exits farther and stay somewhere nice.

I have been traveling to Dallas for business for about 3 years now. I stay at this hotel every time I go. I also have clients who stay at this hotel as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the management is great! It is close to the airport and just a quick ride to downtown. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling or visiting Dallas!

I stayed at this hotel every week, 4-5 days per week, for 5 straight months. The staff was excellent. They went out of their way to ensure that all of my requests/business needs were met. The breakfast bar and the nightly "happy hour" always had plenty of food and drink. The staff made my 5 month stay very comfortable and very accomodating.
The rooms were always clean and well maintained. I will stay at this hotel every time I am in the Dallas area and recommend it to anyone else.

Really great for the value. So nice to have breakfast and afternoon snacks. Hallway rugs needed more attention and the bathroom floor was very slippery the first night, but fine after that. Tastefully decorated. Good choices of pillows of different firmness which is very important to me. Curtains kept out the light in the morning so I could sleep in which is a big plus. The rooms were quiet, up to date furnishings, the mattress was flattened down on one side of the bed, but firm on the other side.

Staff extremely nice and helpful. Shuttle was great. Rooms had all the standard amenities in the rooms, plus microwave, and refrigerator. Free Wifi and a desk in the room.

Not much near by in walking distance. I would stay again without hesitation.
