Had our car broken into and vandalized, radio pulled out of the dashboard. At least 4 other cars were hit same night. Police said it was a high crime area, and pointed out an apartment building he said criminals probably came from. Manager said they have a security guard, but he "was off" the night we were there. Desk clerk wouldn't even call police for us.

We booked this hotel because they advertised a free shuttle from the airport. When we called from the airport, we were told they don't run on the weekends. The cab fare was $20 each way to the hotel. The location was next to the freeway and you can hear the traffic all night from the room.
The sheets were old, definitely not high count.
Breakfast was included and was good. The also had some workout machines.

I reserved this hotel via Hotwire. I ultimately had to demand a refund from Hotwire after only about three hours at this hotel, and I checked out and reserved at another hotel. The Internet service didn't work -- and the front desk clerk didn't seem to think that it was her issue to deal with. "I don't fix the Internet," she told me. I asked to speak with her manager, and it took him more than 2.5 hours to call back. The room and the hotel hallways have an old attic smell about them, and the entire hotel is a bit dated. I wouldn't stay here or recommend it unless you're on a shoestring budget and it's the only option.

Loved the hotel, from room to breakfast to staff! Everything was great!
