We had an excellent wedding party rate, which is why we stayed at this property. It was fine. Nothing jumped out as exceptional, but it was very nice to have a bistro in the lobby for a good coffee in the morning. The room was good, with free wifi and decent toiletries. Parking is free.

Getting to downtown Dallas was a breeze from here, as was access to both interstates 30 and 35, as well as state 75.

There is a small bistro in the lobby for snacks and meals, but the only restaurant you can walk
to is Denny's...I recommend driving to Eatzi's on Oak Lawn for sandwiches, etc.

Spent a night at this hotel for a work trip. Surprised to find a suite when I opened the door to room 106. Lots of space in the living room and very comfortable bedroom. Room decor looks like it has been recently redone and the lobby area is in the new courtyard style. All areas are quite clean and well kept. Breakfast was extensive and tasty. Easy access to downtown Dallas.

I have stayed in this hotel for almost a month and can safely say that this is one of the excellent hotels near Dallas downtown and to top it up it has got very courteous staff. One can be easily spoilt by the choices available for breakfast. The amenities are good. Property is clean and easily accessible.

We stayed here while in town for a Cowboys game. The Market Center area is not that desireable but this hotel was a diamond in the rough! We got a great deal on the room and enjoyed a balcony view of the Dallas skyline! We were able to walk to Denny's for breakfast and enjoyed cocktails both nights out on our patio. The pool and patio area looked nice although we did not use it. There is also an outdoor fire pit.

The only complaint I have is that our housekeeper did not come to clean our room until about 5pm. Luckily this did not affect our plans at all but I was suprised that it took so long for them to come.

I'd definitely come back again! I do not recommend staying at the Fairfield Inn next door. It needs some work!
