I arrived to a group of hotel employees that were more interested in what they were going to order for dinner than checking me in. I finally got checked in and up to my room. After a long day of travel, I just wanted to shower and hit the bed. Mistake! The shower was full of mold. The bathroom vanity coming coming apart from water damage. The bathroom door knob had been replaced with a knob that did not fit and would not shut properly. The bathroom smelled odd, probably because of the water damage (also not very well covered up on the celing as well). Now that I have wet hair and changed in to my pajamas, I discover that on a night that it was 32 degrees outside, the room heater does not work! On top of that, the toilet made noise all night long. I could not get out of there fast enough. Very surprised this property is on the "recommended" list. Will not stay there again!

Stayed a week while visiting a client in Dallas and was in an open bedroom suite.
The staff was very nice and I appreciated the fact that the breakfast had a lot of variety.
I also like the availability of a reliable internet connection that allowed me to do some work at the hotel.
Would likely choose this location again when on business in Dallas.

I have been to many hotels but this one was by far the best service that I've ever received. The staff is polite, respectful and make you feel at home. They went out of there way to accomadates our needs. I will return again...

Stayed one night only, wish we could have stayed more. Very clean, well appointed. Great location. The staff was great. Breakfast was more than just muffins and coffee. We will definitely be back for shopping trip or sports event soon.
