We've stayed here before. The location is awkard to find at first, but once you know the ins and outs, it's easy to get on or off the freeway. It has a mini space for kitchen, which has a sink, mini fridge and a coffee maker. Tons of counter space for brushing teeth, the toilet/shower is tiny. Nice desk space, couch space to relax, and turnable TV.

The only thing that I'm not happy with are the towels. They are worn and has a dark tint to it. Most hotels use bleach to whiten the towels and an added bonus as disinfectant. So, I hope that was a fluke. The check-in person was grumpy, so even though the lobby and food area is welcoming, I hate to go down to that area just to avoid her.

I was recently in Dallas for a weekend visit with some friends for the Cowboys game and stayed at this hotel. It's in a great location. The room was beyond gorgeous - wet bar/fridge, living room and couch with a pull out sleeper, desk, massive flat screen tv, large comfortable king bed and nice bathroom. The room looked brand new, was very clean and nice. The hotel staff were super nice and helpful. After missing the complimenary breakfast in the mornings, they would still grab me some cereal from the back. They also have a full service bar in the lobby and you can order all types of food to eat there or to go. The food was really good and it was a great selection of items and fast. They have a few computers in the lobby as well for you to work on or look things up quickly. Overall, this is a great hotel and the staff were beyond helpful and nice.

We met our college daughter and her 2 roommates in Dallas for the Arkansas/A&M game the 1st weekend of October. The game was at Cowboy stadium, and easy to access from the hotel. Staff had a mix-up and gave us rooms far from each other, but no harm done. The breakfast was undistinguished, and for us, did not matter, because we planned to go out to brunch. The bed, as usual, at Hyatt, was great. Great flat panel TV. I was able to get this on Hotwire with just a couple of days' notice.

The hotel staff was great! The lobby and common areas are very nice and refreshed. However, the room had an "old" feel to it, and the studio style offers no privacy if you are traveling with someone. The location is VERY easy to get to and find from the highway. Would recommend to anyone as long as they're not paying full price. Breakfast was decent, lots of room to sit down and eat in the lobby area with TVs. Parking is ample and the pool always looked nice and clean (didn't have a chance to use it).
