Rude, greedy Ops Mgr. Taking advantage of the pipeline work that is happening up there. Charging whatever they think they can get away with in "hick" town with no amenities! Baymont in Hendersonville much friendlier. Would not give them any business no matter what!

I started talking to Amanda about my son's wedding in March. She went out of her way to make sure every little thing was perfect. She touched base with me frequently. She offered to decorate the room for the rehearsal supper. Her staff is exceptional. Caring, warm, polite and very helpful to name a few things about the people who work there. There was nothing I asked that was met with a frown or a bad attitude. It was all anything we can do to make your stay and event, all you need to do is ask. My daughter loved the pillows, she asked to buy one. Boom, it was done. Living in Illinois and hosting a wedding rehearsal dinner for the wedding party and extended family and friends I thought would be a nightmare. It was so very easy with Amanda and her staff at the Baymont in Carthage. I can not find one negative thing to say about the whole experience. The only problem now is I am spoiled to go anywhere else!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in the vicinity of Carthage Tx.

The staff was extremely rude. We were in town with our ball team for the state tournament and the staff was hateful to our parents and their children. They say that hospitality is their number one goal, but they seem to need a refresher course on what hospitality implies.
