My family (husb, myself & 2 teenagers) stayed here for a 3 nite stay. Right off the bat, the price that I was quoted on the phone when I made reservation, was different when I checked in. Nothing was done.
Then after getting to the room, we pulled back the bedding to find a very large, live, red ant in bed. I immediately called the front desk & asked for someone to come to the room, and a man came with a cloth in hand( I guess he knew what i was calling about, cuz I'm sure this was prob not the first time!) I showed him the bug & he grabbed it, took it outside & said "is there anything else". Just like this was no big deal!!!!! I told him that it was not normal to have bugs in the room & he said if i wanted to move to the upper floor, there would prob be less bugs.. we moved & as we picked up luggage, saw another large beetle on floor.
First night in room we left our personal items in room (tried to put up all important things) but I guess that the maid thought it was OK to look through our things as we had some makeup & perfume missing!!
The second day, the room was cleaned & our room was "made up" including our bed, but our pillow cases were missing, including the 2 pillow cases we brought from home. We went to the office & told the front desk clerk, and she laughed & shook her head. No, I'm sorry or anything, just like this was OK. She did go to laundry & find our cases.
Pop machine in breezeway which says ICE COLD pop, spit out a pop that was so hot it was like it had been in a hot car for days.
Breakfast was minimal & very small area to make your breakfast in.
TV remote was broke!
Light outside room was blinking all night.
WoW, all I can say is this place needs to "Get it Together" they will not get repeat customers at this rate!!!! The only thing this place has going for it is the location.
