Stayed one night, one room in June. Got billed for two rooms in August. I called and told clerk the bill was incorrect. Supervisor called back stating housekeeping had us down for a smoking room and a non-smoking room. I replied we are a married couple, we don't smoke, we had one room in June and I have proof I was hundreds of miles away in August. Then I was told the manager would check the records and call me back.
Several days go by so I call back and ask for the manager. Turns out he's out of the country for the rest of the month. Yeah, right.
I reported double-billing to credit card company and they fixed my bill. Do not trust these people.

I came to Brownwood for my niece wedding . The motel was really clean and comfortable for me On Friday afternoon a group of 12 people came to visit me and my family , We had a lot of fun talking , drinking , eating .. at the Motel BBQ area . They really create a good atmosphere in the Motel !!! I love it !!!

We stayed here 2 nights, but only because it was a busy weekend and we are travel hardy. The motel is old and looks like it hasn't seen any renovations or maintenance in a few decades. The furniture and fixtures in our room was old and in poor condition. All the porcelain and faucets had rust stains. Dirt came out of the shower when you first turned it on. A roach came out from under one of the beds to say hello to us. On the positive side, the tv and refrigerator worked. We did not try the onsite restaurant as I stuck my head in the door and noticed the place looked to be in the same condition as our room.

This was the nastiest place I have ever stayed. Nasty!!!! First of all the sheets and pillow cases had never been changed. This is not an opinion this is a fact. The sheets stink. Second the bathrooms were something that you might find in a rundown and filthy truckstop. Again nasty. There were people outside our room all night long, drinking and slamming car doors. I didnt feel safe. The wifi internet was not working on the far side of the building, and when I went to the front desk I was told that it was working fine and it must be something I'm doing wrong. Excuse me but I do know how to work a computer. The big blond woman at the front desk (I did not catch her name) was very rude and refused to give me a receipt. She said she would email it to me and while I stood waiting said "ok sent" I still have not received an email. This place is way overpriced for the quality of service and room you get for your $50. Dont stay here!!!!!!!! I only wish I had taken some pictures to upload.
