We stayed at the Best Western in Brownfield when our van broke down on a trip from Albuqerque to Odessa. Luckily we were within steps of the Best Western when the transmission broke down and the van would not move.
The room was clean and well maintained...not fancy, just a good basic motel. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Also, you are within close walking distance to the Pizza Hut.
We would recommend the Best Western Caprock Inn.
