Room was clean with frig and microwave. Building is a little aged but kept very clean. Robert is check in was very pleasant and helpful. And they feed you a full breakfast and dinner if you are here at dinner time.

This is a wonderful place to stay. My wife is physically challenged and our room was changed to accomodate her needs. The staff is great and breakfast is wonderful and supper is included as part of price. Our family lives in Big Spring and we were able to have breakfast together at minimal cost. Although it was to chilly to swim, I can attest to the fact of a beautiful pool and very clean.. Great value for price of room and very friendly staff.

The first room I was in - the floor was filthy, there were pubic hairs all over the tub and shower, and I found lots of bedbugs crawling on me as I was watching TV. I pulled the comforter back and saw a blanket that was covered in dirt and hair. I pulled that off and observed the sheets were dirty, had mascara and pubic hairs on them, and there was a folded-up dollar bill just laying there. Needless to say, I was shocked! I demanded that the night manager move us to another room. He did, and that room was only just a little better. I also found socks left behind by the last customer, right next to the fridge. Spend a little more money and go somewhere else! THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!

When we checked into the Super 8, I was impressed. It was a really nice, big, clean room- complete with microwave, fridge, and hair dryer. It seemed like a really good value at $50/night. The breakfast is also good, as they aren't afraid to tell you. Texas- shaped waffles were the highlight. The problem is that even though there weren't that many guests staying at the hotel, they seemed to book us all in rooms close together. One morning we woke up to a car alarm right outside our room. The next night- and this it the major complaint- we were woken up continually throughout the night by doors being open and shut on the floor above us. Yes, it was annoying that this group of people, for whatever reason, found it necessary to open and close doors frequently throughout the night but it really wouldn't have been an issue if the hotel were constructed in a way that the whole building didn't shake whenever a door closed. We woke up at 12, 2, 3:30- it was the worst night of sleep I had had in ages. If we were staying another night, I would have asked to move rooms. There are better options in town.
