The service was great, the girls at the front desk were really nice. But when you first walk in there is a weird sweet smell thats all over the hallways in the hotel. I have no idea what it was but it was strange. Continental breakfast was alright. Nothing to complain about but nothing to get too excited over. At least it was something and warm. The rooms were okay and location was awesome, right off the highway. However I hated the bed. I need at least a little give in the bed. It's as stiff as a board or rock. And I'm in a room by the parking lot so some of the light comes in under curtains. And the smoke detector is right above the bed so it's green light is pretty bright. But if you like a little "night light" then there you go. Overall it wasn't a terrible stay, at least it was something. But I probably won't come back because of the bed.

I stayed on October 17th and checked in late. They placed us on the first floor and my son mentioned he wanted the top floor. I started to tell him no, but the clerk was so eager to change us to another room. I grew up in Big Spring, so I knew the water was horrible, she was very quick to let us know if we needed more bottled water to just come on down and get it. The entire motel smelled so clean (not like some motels that you can tell they cover up a smell with air freshener). The room was wonderful, comfortable mattress, clean linens, clean bathroom. The breakfast was great.

I stayed again 2 weeks later and didn't think they could duplicate it, but they did. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through. If you can have them put you in a room on the side away from the interstate there is less noise, but it isn't so bad that it is bothersome. You can't even hear it if you have the AC or heater on.

Holiday Inn Express came to our rescue after we seen a different motel that was booked in advance of our trip. After our disapointment with Quality Inn and the very large dead cockroach and disgusting filthy room, Holiday Inn made us feel extra welcome at their inn. Excellent courteous staff, Very Clean Rooms!!!! (NO cockroaches). Excellent place to stay. The staff even had warm fresh baked cookies and fresh coffee in the evening for all the guests. It was Wonderful !

The girl at the check in desk was very nice and helpful.I used my points to stay for 2 nights and they were nice about it . Nice pool and hot tub. Bed was great , and very comfortable. Water was hot and plentiful . Breakfast area clean and well stocked. I'd stay there again anytime.
