My wife, my eleven year old son and myself had a wonderful time. The fishing was good and the Confederate House was beautiful inside. I haven't slept so good in years, the beds are amazing. The Longhorns or Buffalo may wake you up early depending on how voiceterous they want to be. The place just says peaceful when you pull in. My wife did see a "ghost" out of the corner of her eye our first night as dusk began to fall. This just made the place more appealing to us. I fished, napped and was pleasantly content the whole time I was there. I've already sent the internet sight to several of my friends and business acquantances. E-mail me if you have any questions about the place, or I may see you somewhere on the ranch, we will surely go back!
