The mirror in the room is cocked, the cover is falling off the H/AC unit, the pool is full of leaves, the micro wave turntable is broken, the bike seat is tipped upward and I asked them twice to adjust it, breakfast attendant coughs on hands and touchs the food (I ate banana, yogurt, ceral), TV picture is dark (TV old), internet is SLOW.........
The staff is nice the place IS clean. Plenty of parking and seating in breakfast area.
It's OK and I'm getting Holiday Inn points or I'd be down the road! NOT up to Hopilday Inn Express standards!

“OK stay but over priced”

The stay at this hotel was OK but the price was too high and the staff was not friendly. We had a very large room which was well equipped. The breakfast area was fine but the food selection ordinary. The swimming area was quite small.

The locals told me I'd chosen the best hotel in town. It was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were too thin. The shower and air conditioner were great. The breakfast was skimpy. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Bay City.
