We just checked out of here and not soon enough. The first room upon check in did not lock and although was a non-smoking room, smelled like smoke. The only reason we stayed was they upgraded our room, fairly decent room, for now cost. This morning realized they did not empty and clean the coffee pot and did not empty bath trash. Customer service with the room problem was very good but I would not stay here again.

Rooms smelled like cat pee, sheets were stained, hot tub was ice cold. When I asked the manager if I could check out and stay somewhere else, he said there would not be a refund! And when I asked if I could have the number of whoever he reports to, he said "I am the owner and if you call corporate, they will let me handle this however I want to". The whole situation was just sad, an embarrassment to the Super 8 name.
