We stayed here over the holidays. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and Kay is a wonderful hostess. The home has a beautiful charm and was very relaxing. We would certainly stay again.

Beautiful English and Welsh antiques decorate the rooms in this 19th Texas landmark. The accommodations are spacious and elegant. My wife and I had many a relaxing afternoon sitting on the upstairs veranda surrounded by fragrant geraniums just reading our books. Guests will find their hosts delightful folks who have filled their home with treasures from their travels and experiences abroad. The towels are rich and thick and there is chilled Evian awaiting you in your room. Breakfast was always delicious and we spent our last day chatting with our hostess for a solid hour. This is definitely the place to stay when you come to Bastrop.

This is a wonderful inn. We spent 3 nights here, and this place has all the goodies we look for in a B&B - historic charm, modern amenities, plenty of room, and a really comfortable bed. Innkeeper Kay was delightful. She made us feel immediately welcome and relaxed. This is a cozy, beautiful place to stay.
