I called the hotel @ 12:00 a.m. to inform the hotel I would arrive late. When I checked in to my surprise I found a Murphy Bed aka "wall bed." The bed did not have a box spring and set low to the ground. There was also a large business table with 6 tables. very akward) When I asked for a different room there was not one available. I was told that this room was given to me because I ordered online. The manager was rude and not sympathetic. The manager simply stated, "If you are not pleased I will give you a full refund!" I paid the regular cost of $89.00 for a guest bedroom in Union City, TN. Its was the University homecoming every hotel was booked. I had no where to go, therefore I had to SLEEP ON THIS MURPHY BED "FELT LIKE A COT"

We went to this hotel twice. Once in July and also in September over Labor Day Weekend. The second time, was due to a death in the family. We made our reservations two days before we traveled. The hotel was very helpful. Over Labor Day, we booked a suite because the teenagers came with. They made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was included in our stay and the person in charge of this was very nice. She made sure we had enough food to eat. Somehow the hotel found out that we came for a funeral in the family and about a week later after we got home, we got a sympathy card with a copy of the obituary in it from the hotel. I have never heard of a hotel being this considerate.

We stayed here overnight while travelling with two young grandchildren. We had a large comfortable clean room. The pool was great after being in a car all day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. No problems with noise, and we slept very well. We would def. stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel as part of a training class in Dresden, Tenn. (about 29 miles away). The hotel was nice and clean, with a decent continental breakfast. I wouldn't stay here as a vacation destination, but if you're passing through and looking for a safe and clean place to rest and sleep, this is great!
