Staff was very nice and friendly and hotel was clean. I would recommend this hotel for buisiness and/or pleasure.

After a long drive, we found a clean, comfy place to rest up before heading home. Free, easy to use wifi made the teenagers happy. And the bar in the hotel served a beautiful coffee with Baileys as a perfect treat before turning in. Very friendly service from Peggy and a great breakfast got us going for the balance of our trip home. Nice little touches all around including two complimentary water bottles in the room. Definitely recommended.

I stayed at this property which is very nice, but there is a lot of dishonest workers there. I paid cash upon checking in to the front office manager and never received a receipt. Later to find out that no cash payment was reflecting on my room. Upon checking out and gathering my belongings I realized that my braclet among other items was missing out of my room. This is a serious issue if employees are stealing from the guest. I attempted throught the front desk to contact the general manager, but never was responded to.

We typically stay at Hilton Garden Inns when we travel. We came up to Murfreesboro to visit friends and chose this hotel as it was very close. Upon entering the hotel we noticed it was nicely decorated and had a very warm feeling. The sitting area had its fireplace and the dining room/ bar area were done in wood and looked very inviting. As we approached the front desk we were warmly greeted and the check-in process went very smooth.

On our way to the elevator we could smell the chlorine from the indoor pool so we went to investigate. The pool area was very clean and the pool looked great. If we had brought our bathing suits we definitely would have gone in to enjoy the pool and the hot tub.

We went up to our room and it appeared was a bit smaller than some of the HGI’s as it did not have the typical lounge chair in the corner. The beds in our room were not the comfort beds we are accustomed to in other HGI’s, they were simply innerspring mattresses. The bed was comfortable however we were expecting the comfort dial beds. The carpet was relatively clean however there were about 5 spots of something that made the carpet look less clean, so I wore my socks after I took my shower. Other than that the bathroom was clean and everything else we needed was present.

The next morning we went to the dining room for breakfast. The food was good. There was only one gentleman running the cash register and waiting on the guests, so he seemed a little too busy to adequately help everyone. Perhaps someone had called in sick.
