Stay here overnight just for a stopping place to rest our heads. This is a typical Hampton Inn with a clean, nice room and good service.

Only bad thing is when we checked in they gave us a room that was actually someone elses! I opened the door to see their bags and quickly went back up to the desk. The lady told me a few times that room should be empty--it wasn't. Then proceeded to tell us this was the third time to happenn this day!! Oh My! As I was walking off she said they would be discounting our room for our trouble.....they didn't

I would stay again for a place to sleep.

Was woken up before 7am. Representative says we have unpaid movies and incidentals. Room was booked by expedia so no card on record with hotel. We did try 1 movie on wednesday and tv said call front desk to order. Called and was told we had to pay for movie before watching, which we did at the very moment, all $5. Now desk is telling us we watched 4 other movies. The kicker is the girl says we even watched a movie on the very morning that she woke us up on the phone. I think maybe this girl wanted a little extra cash in her pocket.

When checking in requested 3floor to avoid noise but little did we know just how much we missed but not the case for other guests. Apparently the banquet room party got a little out of hand. Hopefully management will address staff security issue when renting banquet room.

The staff is exceptional. We felt welcomed from the time we arrived. I travel and stay at a lot of Hampton Inns and I must say, this is definitely in the top 3.
