“Simply the best!”

This was our second stay at the Quail Ridge B&B, and was just great...I called on a whim on the day before New Years eve and Anita remembered us from our first visit and had a room available...we arrived a bit late in the evening, around 8:30 or 9:00, but it was not a problem for Anita and George and we were welcomed like "old friends"...it really does feel like that at the Quail Ridge Inn...amazing breakfasts, INCREDIBLE desserts (OMG Anita, that Orange Rumcake was SO GOOD!!!)...we ventured our for dinner on New Years eve, Anita had a great coupon for our dinner which we took advantage of, and when we got "home", we all hung out waiting for midnight and shared a New Years toast...George was sleeping but Anita stayed up with us and we talked and had so much fun!!! George and Anita are such fine hosts, and we love them like family, and that's how we feel like we're treated when were there...definitely our best memories in the Smokies come at this B&B, and we'll be back for more of this wonderful "hometime" feeling!!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Room Tip: All of the rooms are super clean & quiet...1st visit in the LeConte, 2nd visit in the Catalooche...

“Great Little Place to Stay”

This was our first experience staying at a B&B, and we had a great time. It was raining when we arrived, so the covered drop off area was very welcomed. Upon our arrival, Anita greeted us with some chocolate chip cookies and warm tea which was delicious. In our room we were treated to a hand-written welcome card along with some chocolate fudge. We stayed in the LeConte Room and enjoyed the access to the porch which had a very nice view. The king size bed was very comfortable as well. We enjoyed the decor of the inn and the very comfortable atmosphere it provided. Although almost 7 years old, the inn looks brand new. Anita was very hospitable and made us feel relaxed, and we enjoyed our conversation with her. She even gave my wife some pieces of a few of her plants to take home and try to grow ourselves. But at the same time, she was not overbearing or intrusive. The breakfasts were wonderful and there was always plenty to eat. And although they sell cookbooks, Anita was very gracious to give us any recipe if we were interested. Also, the inn is conveniently located within a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but you are out of the way enough to get the feel of being in the mountains and having privacy. I would definitely recomend the Quail Ridge Inn, and I think we will definitely be back ourselves.

Room Tip: For the extra $10 I would recommend the LeConte Room which has access to the outside wrap around por...

“Best way to experience the splendour are the Smokies - a home away from home”

I couldn't agree more with the other reviews on Tripadvisor - over the last few years I've stayed in different B&B's in the area, and Quail Ridge easily tops them all. Anita's breakfast is out of this world; the views are unparalleled; the rooms are spotless, tastefully decorated and the bedding is more than luxurious.
Most of all, what sets this B&B apart, are its keepers, George and Anita, whose love of the Smokies shines through this wonderful oasis and who make sure this place truely is a home away from home.
Highly recommended!

“Pleasant Surprise - Glad We Stayed 2 Nights Instead of 1”

We came to the Smoky Mountains on a whim and were lucky enough that George and Anita had an opening for us. Initially planning to spend just 1 night at Quail Ridge Inn B&B, we ended up staying for 2, and it was a great experience. Everything was immaculate in cleanliness, and Anita was entirely welcoming and extremely helpful in planning our day's activities, lending us guidebooks and maps, and providing coupons for local shops. Breakfast was hearty and scrumptious, and not only was Anita very accommodating of dietary restrictions, but she also made sure to leave dessert in the fridge for all the guests to come home to each night - at no extra cost! The B&B was peaceful, and George and Anita were engaging but not intrusive, giving guests ample privacy. I would come back in a heartbeat and will tell anyone heading down to Dollywood or the Smokies to look up Quail Ridge Inn B&B!

“Anita & George make you feel like family.”

Anita is a delicious cook who remember what you had the last time that you were there and liked. They are more than happy to help you with an itinerary or let you be. At the end of the day Anita will be waiting with a fresh baked good and an ear for what you did for the day. The location is nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of touristy Gatlinburg. We always stay in the Le Conte Room.
