We have been staying at High Valley Rentals for the past three years on our annual Christmas visit. We have rented the Apple Blossom and the Peach Blossom. So relaxing and quiet. It is out in the countryside and well worth the drive from the hustle and bustle of Sevierville and the surrounding tourist towns. Susan is wonderful to work with. Very nice lady and very friendly. The beds are soooo comfortable. And, the cabins are roomy. Does not charge a cleaning fee!! We made a trip up in May for the Bloomin BBQ and Bluegrass Festival and there was no doubt where we would stay. Highly recommend!

"Buttercup" 2 person cabin!! Absolutely Perfect! This cabin was very clean, quiet, secluded, and just so comfortable. Furnishings and decor were awesome, as was the hospitality shown by the owners!! There were bunnies hopping all around, even a neighbor's dog came by to say hello. We shared our porch with a Mama Phoebe, nesting. We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest!! The only bad part of our stay was HAVING TO LEAVE to come home.

TIP: bring a magnet from your state for the refridgerator.LOL We didn't know about this tradition until we arrived and saw the others who stayed there had done. I will be sending one from home for Susan to add for me!

My husband and I stayed in the Buttercup 3 years ago and are staying there again the 1st week in November. This is by far the BEST place we have EVER stayed!!! Highly recommended and the owners are AWESOME!!!!!!!

We stayed in the Buttercup, one of the one-room honeymoon cabins. Of all the honeymoon cabins, Buttercup offers the best view--from our covered hot tub, we could see only the mountains. We divided a long weekend between the fireplace, the heart-shaped jacuzzi inside, and the larger hot tub underneath the outer balcony.

The log walls and the wooden rocking chairs make this one cozy cabin. While small, the kitchen suited our needs--we recommend making a pot of soup!

The mountain view from your window provides the perfect backdrop to morning coffee, while the rolling hills outside your door offer lovely hiking. Of course, if you're like my husband and me, you'll feel perfectly happy simply staying indoors.
