We stayed in Sequoia, due to it being pet friendly. the cabin was very clean inside, and the beds were comfortable, outside needs a little attention (Power wash) but all in all it was great, only complaint was it is out in the sticks! we like country, but we were 20 miles from the family cabin and with Pigeon Forge traffic it took us up to 1 1/2 hours to go 20 miles! we decided to stay one more day and our cabin was booked so susan moved us to a Honeymoon one room cabin, The Zinnia. it was like brand new! certainly all we needed for 1 night.. I like the no extra cleaning, booking, hot tub fees that you get everywhere else in this area. If you don't mind driving out to find the place, it's a wonderful place to stay.

We were refered to High valley rentels by another rental company. We have an 110 pound lab.. We were glad to find a pet friendly cabin. after talking yo Susan Feeney , we met her at sequra cabins,she was wonderful. We diden,t expect much,but walking in through the door was a pleasant suprise. We felt like we had come home ! The cabin was clean and large and nice and bright.! The cabin was nicely decorated with a blend of antiques and country furnishings. The large bedrooms both had french doors opening to their own balcanys. The heart shaped jacuzzy tub and his & hers twin shower we found romantic.
When we came back from the theater ,late at night we could,ent find our key. We called Susan ,she and her husband Rick were so sweet and brought us another key.We talked for along time. Very seldom in life you find such wonderful people.We found new friends.
We wanted to stay longer but the cabin was booked. We plan to book sequra again next year.We would highly recomend this cabin and High vally rentals.

Mty wife and I stayed in the Apple Blossom, and it was fantastic. Although it is a few miles out of town, it was still close enough to be convenient, and far enough out in the country to be peaceful and quiet. The service was excellent and very friendly, the cabin clean, and the atmosphere was supurb! The cabins are well equipped, and the hot tub was sooo relaxing! We definitely want to go back!

We have been staying at High Valley Rentals for the past three years on our annual Christmas visit. We have rented the Apple Blossom and the Peach Blossom. So relaxing and quiet. It is out in the countryside and well worth the drive from the hustle and bustle of Sevierville and the surrounding tourist towns. Susan is wonderful to work with. Very nice lady and very friendly. The beds are soooo comfortable. And, the cabins are roomy. Does not charge a cleaning fee!! We made a trip up in May for the Bloomin BBQ and Bluegrass Festival and there was no doubt where we would stay. Highly recommend!
