Room was clean and well kept very good management,friendly,sincere and very informed about their area. Would stay there again no question. Especialy enjoyed the manhunt for the escapees the last night we were there. A county Gov,t complex across the street from the motel. A/c worked wonderfull it was 95 + outside and very cool inside.

We needed to stay in the ripley area for a family funeral. We booked a block of rooms at the last minute with no hassles and no prepay requirements. The owner and front desk staff was extremely helpful. Asking several times if there was anything they could do for me or my family. That's unusual!! The hotel was very clean. The pool was warm and very clean. Pool towels were not readily available but given to us as we asked. We've stayed in another Ripley hotel and it was old and dirty. We'd stay here again.

I went to this motel as the halfway point for a long trip. They don't have a 24 hour front desk, which is ok, but kind of frustrating after a long trip. What was more frustrating is the fact that they lost my reservation! I should be precise: the reservation wasn't lost: I had my confirmation number and they were able to successfully look up my reservation, but they had given my room away, so I had to take a king with a handicapped restroom, which is inconvenient.

The rate was fine, the breakfast was ok, exactly what you'd expect from a Super 8, packaged pastry, cereal, and oatmeal. The room was nice enough for $63 and the wireless internet worked well. But there still isn't any excuse for the reservation issues.

I stayed at the super 8 motel November 2006 and the hotel itself is very nice but the management is very racist. I have three small children and of course children make messes, sometimes messes that can only be picked up by a vacum. The maids complained and I was kicked out of the hotel because the maids did not want to continue to vacum the floor everyday. Management did not even try to give my family the benefit by asking giving us warning they just kicked us out. If You Have Children Then Super 8 Motel Is Not The Place For You To Stay!!
