“I thought it was ok”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 July 2008

I stayed at the Richland Inn for 7 weeks. I came to Pulaski from Germany for work reasons. I cant complain much at all. My room was cleaned every day, and the people were nice. The climate control worked great. About the only problem I had was the internet connection. Hey, who dosent like A motel where you get 1 free beer A day? I want to say thank you to everyone there that made my stay enjoyable.

  • Liked — it is very close to everything
  • Disliked — no pool, and the internet connection

“Find a cooler place to stay if it's hot outside.”

We stayed here on night while traveling through Pulaski.
The room was hot and we turned on the air prior to going to dinner. When returning the room was still hot up until 10:30pm that evening. During the night it finally did cool down. The internet was weak but we did get a connection. The breakfast we were told about, (egg's, biscuits, and sausage) turned out that we had to place an order with the reservation person and wait while they were microwaved. The end result was a egg, sausage biscuit. Not what we expected. The room was clean but hot and a bit overpriced for the discomfort we paid for in my opinion.

  • Liked — It did have a bed
  • Disliked — comfort of the room.

“A nice little hotel -- a great value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 April 2007

I was in Pulaski for a weekend conference and they put us up at the Richland Inn. I found the people to be very friendly; the facility was clean and well managed (the only exception being the exhaust fan in the bathroom went out during the stay); the location was good. The free wireless internet was great. The room had a micro fridge and a microwave. The breakfast was nothing fancy, but was good.

In short -- the facility was not fancy, but it was fine, and indeed was better kept than some much more expensive places I've stayed. I've got a couple of more meetings coming up there and am looking forward to returning to the Richland Inn. It's a good value.

“Richland Inn has charm”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 April 2007

After 13 hours in the car on our way to Alabama for Spring break, we tried calling every motel south of Nashville. Every place was booked solid because it was spring break. I remembered seeing the Richland Inn on the Internet and called the one in Pulaski. The lady was so friendly and quite the character. Although it was about 13 miles out of our way, we decided to stay there. The two women at the front desk
really made us feel welcome. There was a steakhouse next door which had great food and the continental breakfast in the morning was great. No complaints except that the clock radio didn't work.

“Older value hotel with issues”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 January 2007

This is the second time I've stayed at this property.
The stays were months apart. Both times in different rooms we had problems with the climate control. The first visit would not let us
get cold. The second visit months later would not let us get warm. On both visits the wireless internet connection went out for hours at a time. When it did work it was slow and unreliable.

Dont get me wrong the rooms are well kept.
The rooms are reasonably nice. We just had problems with the ammenities on both visits.
