“Good help is hard to find..”

but at this hotel good help is everywhere! I have stayed at this hotel three times in the last year and every experience is better. The staff are so very nice and helpful! I had a problem with my fridge on my first night of a weekend stay and the maintenance man was there in 10 minutes flat. I loooove their indoor pool which is very clean. A great location in the middle of everything, simply everything you are looking for in a hotel!

“My Favorite Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 November 2011

when I was younger, my family would ALWAYS stay at the Valley Forge Inn when we came to Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge every year for summer vacation. It may sound strange, but some of my best memories as a child were made at the indoor pool area which is by far one of my favorite hotel pools ever.
Just last week my girlfriend and I decided to come down to the area for a getaway and of course I had to show her the hotel that had played such a big part in my family vacation memories. The Valley Forge Inn did not disappoint when we got there. It was just as I had remembered it. Not to mention now being an adult, I could fully appreciate the steal of a price for our room. I even bought a mug from the office to remind me of the place when I drink my coffee in the morning. Will certainly be coming back.
Thank you so much Valley Forge Inn for making my weekend getaway and past family vacations what they were...... relaxing and enjoyable.

“Our Honeymoon was perfect”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 October 2011

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon during tourist season none the less. Everything was perfect our room was cleaned every morning and fresh towels and all left. The service was wonderful. Having 2 pools and a hottub we spend a full day just relaxing by one of the pools and the evening in the hot tub relaxing. Will be staying here again.. =D

Room Tip: Love the rooms overlooking the river

“Not remarkable”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 October 2011

Upon arriving, noticed a few small hairs on the bedspread, contacted the desk clerk- had bedspread and sheets changed. Atop the TV stand, there was dust that had been there a while, hair in both shower drains. We avoided housekeeping our entire stay because of the Rose scented air freshener that was apparently used throughout the entire facility. The facility was close to a trolley stop, but otherwise i'm pretty sure I won't be staying there again. I won't say it was it was entirely terrible, but it wasn't anything worth raving about.

We're so sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. We strive to provide clean and comfortable accommodations at affordable rates. I understand that bedspreads and sheets were changed for you, but we really only get one chance to make a first impression. I'm sorry that your experience wasn't up to either of our expectations. We have addressed the issues with housekeeping and have made changes in an effort to see that it doesn't occur again.

We would truly appreciate another opportunity to serve you again!
