We booked two double queen rooms and were downgraded to a room wih one bed and another room with a bed and a sleep sofa, no price downgrade though. The sofa was filthy and stained up and the pull out mattress had every imaginable bodily fluid stain on it plus mold spots. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows in the room to cover this biohazardous mattress. The room itself did not smell clean and was crowded, furnishings out of date. Talked to the front office about getting different rooms or at least a replacement sofa bed mattress. Nothing available. My 6 year old daughter was to sleep in the pull out sofa and I refused to put her on it, plus didn't like that there was a back door in that room where she would be sleeping alone. Didn't think it was safe. Rooms were booked through Orbitz and we complained and asked to be reaccommodated in another hotel that same night. Orbitz did fix the situation by getting us out of our reservatons, no fees incurred and getting us into a more acceptable hotel nearby. I would absolutely NOT stay here in the future and would tell everyone I know how awful it is.

When first entering room, it appeared modern and clean. There is a fairly large fridge for a hotel and a microwave. Bedding seems clean, but areas of carpet and bathroom floor are really grungy. The tub is black on bottom. I found some stains on wash cloths right away and also some hair which grossed me out. The housekeeping was not impressive and if you didn't get to the door the second they knocked, it was too late and they already had door open. Breakfast is minimal like I expected... cereal, waffles, biscuits.

About what I expected for the price. I don't expect five-star accommodations at bargain basement prices. I have stayed at much better places and I have stayed at a few that were worse. Like I said, you get what you pay for!!

Roaches..........stay somewhere else!!!
Hot breakfast...........not so hot.
