We were assigned this property when we went to Pigeon Forge to hear the sales pitch for a timeshare. On check in, the reception was nice and friendly. Lobby led us to believe the hotel had been updated recently. We were wrong. The carpets may have not seen a cleaner in the last 5 years. There was a refrigerator in the room, but the door could not be opened all the way, so it had not been cleaned or fixed. The 15 inch TV was working, but the remote had been robbed of its batteries. Linens were clean, but the bathroom was not very clean. The bathroom door was very scuffed up and paint was chipped. Floors were clean only up to about 2 inches from the walls, then they were as grungy as the carpet.
