We stayed at Cold Creek for an entire week during the Christmas holidays and that was our first mistake.There was an infestation of bed bugs in the room we stayed in(please bring bed bug spray with you) and my wife was bitten at least 30 times over our 1 week stay.We pulled the mattress back after we looked up bed bugs on the internet and we found numerous live bed bugs as well as a large amount of bed bug feces. We immediately informed them of what we had found and they proceeded to tell us they had never had a problem before and did nothing to get rid of the bed bugs. There was mold(black) growing around the air conditioner unit, the window sills and on the ceiling above the bathtub.the provided a laundry facility with three washing machines but only two worked. it remained broken throughout our stay and is still probably broken to this day. Also there were no parking spots due to all of the antique cars including a black one that was parked in front of the main entrance and did not move once during our entire stay. Last but not least they claimed to have free Wi-Fi, the only way we could get internet access was to sit in the lobby. It did not work while sitting in our room which was a huge inconvenience since i need access to the internet for my work. We will never stay at this hotel again.
