We stayed here for a little get away for new years. This place is amazing. I had my doubts that it would be too much christmas but it wasnt. The Inn is very warm and inviting. They had cookies and coffee and cider in the eneving time. The beds were great. Our room was clean and nice. Service was great from all staff members. This is indeed the best place to stay in the smokies.

We came here during a VERY slow time in Pigeon Forge...the 2nd week of January. I was a little concerned that customer service would be lax since the Christmas/New Year rush was over. My concerns were unfounded. The staff treated us wonderfully. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and ready to help us with anything. The Inn was immaculately clean, the breakfast was delicious (shout out here to the omelet guys), and the evening cookies in the lobby were a delightful treat at the end of the day. We plan to return to the Inn as soon as we can. It was wonderful!

My husband took me here for my birthday. All I can say is WOW! The hotel was beautiful. The room was pretty but the bed was SUPER! Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. When we made the reservation Pam answered and was very helpful. I had told her it was for my birthday and to my surprise when we arrived they had an ornament waiting with happy birthday on it! I am visiting again in a week with my mom and sister. So excited to return.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I like Christmas but Im not a Christmas fanatic, this hotel was perfect. I felt that Christmas wasnt shoved down my throat as much as possible but it was present. We had a 2 ft tree in our room, the pillows said "ho, ho, ho" and a few decorations. There was a signing santa but we didnt see him. I did enjoy the hot apple cider at night and cookies. The room was very clean and every employee spoke when they passed you. They have a doorman which they say will help you with your bags but that didnt happen. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. Oh and the beds are so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud
